Insights Education

The Insights© Discovery Transition profile is a feedback instrument which highlights our personal and group development.  This is learned by enhancing self-awareness and helping students to develop and accomplish their goals.  The Discovery Transition profile is a questionnaire that can be completed online. This has successfully been used by students to support preparation for UCAS applications and interview groundwork.

In addition, Insights© Education offers The Transition workshop which is an introduction to the Insights© Discovery System and the Discovery Transition Profile.  The workshop is interactive and students enjoy the interaction within the team. This workshop aims to help students gain an understanding of their own personality and perception.  In turn, it aids them in becoming more effective communicators with different personalities.
