The Insights© Discovery System provides you with an understanding of your personality traits and how others perceive you.  While we all know our personality strengths and weaknesses the Discovery System provides an analysis of our personality that is presented in a way that provides a fresh perspective on us as individuals.

Dr Carl Jung (psychologist) in the 20th Century further developed the existing philosophy that, there are four broad personality types. He proposed that all four personality types are inherent in each of us and it is the particular balance and dynamic between them that make each of us individual. The Insights© Discovery System is an instrument to measure the level of each of the four personality types present in individuals.

The four psychological types can be illustrated on the Insights Wheel. The basis of the Insights wheel highlights four groups or quadrants - Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue. While we each have all the colours included in our personalities, we all use a dominant colour over all others.

As part of Arrivas’ training we believe that if we are informed about how we and others are likely to respond in a given situation, we become more aware of the best way of communicating according to their personalities, thus reducing misinterpretations and promoting a more effective way of communication.
